"Great experience! Usually it’s hard dealing with any type of insurance but Kristen was so knowledgeable and provided the best services. "Worked with Shelby to switch my auto insurance. I had a frustrating experience with this agent. When I was initially quoted for my auto insurance, she listed the wrong car model. Despite mentioning this mistake multiple times, it was not addressed. Later, their system updated the correct model, which caused my premium to increase. I did not accept that and asked for a better explanation of why the issue was not resolved earlier when I caught it. But I never received a response. On top of that , she also put a wrong effective date on the insurance card without bothering to change it for me, and technically left me driving without insurance for 2 days. She now chose to ghost on me despite I emailed her multiple times. This lack of attention to detail and poor communication is unacceptable. I expected better service and accountability."
