I text or email them or call them and they are super responsive and helpful. I have filed a few claims for home or auto over the years and they are great to work with. "Jamie Bowman State Farm has been excellent to me. I had a car totalled last year and they were so helpful through the process. I just spoke to Kirsten today on the phone to review and update my policy and she was very kind and knowledgeable and got me a great deal on coverage. I upgraded my policy to include much more and added renters insurance and it only cost me a few extra dollars a month. This is not quite as important but I really enjoy that they call me every year on my birthday to say "Happy Birthday!" It makes me feel valued by them. If you're looking for a new insurance company I highly recommend them."
