"We met Kirsten at a petting zoo event last year where our kids had a great time. She quoted our home and auto insurance, and we were pleasantly surprised by how much we could save by switching from Safeco to State Farm. Through a funny turn of events, a couple of months later I changed careers, got my insurance licenses, and now work for a State Farm office here in Spokane. My interaction with Kirsten definitely influenced how I explain insurance to people in a way that actually makes sense."

"They will change your price. I was quoted at 150. Every bill since has been higher and they can not give me a clear cut reason onto why. They clearly don’t understand their own billing system."

"Thank you for reaching out. As Kirsty explained to you through email and over the phone when you added this new vehicle you were not billed for two months. You also did not set up the Drive Safe & Save discount so that fell off. You have since finished the steps to add it back on and have received a credit. Instead of charging you all at once for the two months State Farm is spreading the missed two months over the rest of the policy term. Your premium for your 2025 Toyota Tacoma is $151.73 per month plus your renters policy of $9.17 per month and the overage of $43.28 per month over the rest of the term is why your bill is higher. If you would prefer you can pay the two months missed now and that would normalize your bill to the $151.73 for the vehicle plus $9.17 for the renters. Kirsty will be calling you again later today per your request to go over this again with you. "
